BREAKING: Shots Fired During Armed Robbery at Papa John’s in Hammond

October 31, 2018-Two male subjects walked into the Papa John’s located at 7244 Indianapolis Boulevard just after 10:30 p.m. tonight and displayed weapons and demanded cash. Hammond Police are still on scene and have not yet released a report. According to information derived from the scanner, the two suspects wore Halloween masks and shots were fired during the incident. It is not known at this time if there were any injuries or if any cash was taken. The suspects are believed to have fled on foot. Officers arrived within minutes of the call and saturated that area with patrol cars in search of the subjects. It is unknown at this time whether any suspects were apprehended.

  1. How sad…Really hope no one was injured. Must have been a tramantic time for the workers. I’m sure with our officers on scene, they feel great comfort, in knowing that our Hammond Officers will do everything in thier power to bring the robbers to Justice. We love Papa John’s
