November 30, 2017-Munster Police were called to 8310 Calumet Avenue at approximately 6:15 p.m. tonight for a report of a robbery. According to information obtained from the scanner, upon arrival police learned that two black males approximately 6′ tall entered the Shell Gas Station and displayed a weapon. The clerk was struck and sprayed with pepper spray. One of the suspects was described as approximately 60 years old. They fled in an older model Mercury vehicle. Munster Police quickly put out an alert to other departments in the area. It is unknown at this time if any arrests were made.
