* Cities of Gary, Hammond and East Chicago are also committed to providing $3.5M per year in gaming revenue to the Northwest Indiana Regional Development Authority. Pursuant to changes in law subsequent to the West Lake agreement, those revenues will be taken from their general fund if casino revenues fall below $3.5M per year.
